Dolvi Works is located on the west coast of India. Being situated by the side of the JSW Steel Dolvi complex, the plant receives an abundant supply of high quality slag from the steel mill. The plant believes in ensuring complete customer satisfaction with superior quality products and timely delivery.
Product Portfolio and Capacity
The plant produces both Portland Slag Cement (PSC) and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) cement for the company. Its production capacity is 0.97 million metric tons per annum (mtpa).

Technology and Equipments
Laboratory
The Dolvi Works is a house of a well-equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art testing facilities including X-Ray analyzer for Quality Control and also a Concrete Testing Facility to ensure quality output.
Vertical Roller Mill
It uses Japanese technology Vertical Roller Mill of 72 TPH supplied by UBE Machinery Corporation, Ltd.. Consequently energy consumption has been optimized with best quality output.
Baghouse
The plant endeavours to produce cement the most environmental-friendly way. Hence, it has the best de-dusting and product recovery baghouse supplied by THERMAX, making it possible to eliminate dust and helps it achieve a high product yield.
Packing House
It’s equipped with bulk loading systems of 125 tph and two Roto Packers with the installed capacity of 90 tph each supplied by EEL, India. It’s armed with modern technology packers. Hence, every bag is filled with zero error and leak proof filling.
Packing plant
In the cement industry, packing plant personnel are heavily exposed to dust during the loading operations. Nandyal plant has installed the latest automatic packing and truck loading technology, i.e. the FLS Ventomatic System to safeguard the health of workers. The system prevents overexposure to dust and other harmful pollutants.
