Mrs. Savitri Devi Jindal had
been on the Board of the Company since May 2005 upto
October 2011. She is a Member of the Legislative Assembly
and a great visionary, renowned industrialist and a patriarch of the O.P.Jindal
Group. She was appointed as Chairperson Emeritus
of the Company w.e.f 21.10.2011 upon her cessation as Director & Chairperson
of
the Company.
