JSW is proud to yet again raise the bar for quality, as its BPO receives ISO-9001-2015 certification

You will be pleased to know that all our three Rural BOP Centres are now ISO 9001:2015 certified. The certification is a testimonial to the fact that we have been consistently delivering high quality services to our esteemed clients adhering to industry standards. Some of our notable clients are ICICI, Tandon Group, Goenka Group, TCS and many others. 

We have two BPO centres in Vijayanagar and one at Jaigad, Ratnagiri. The combined strength of our BPOs is 320 and currently 260 women are associated with them. These non-voice BPO centres are offering BPO services in the areas of banking, healthcare, accounts payable services, e-publishing etc.

The rural BPOs in Vijayanagar is supported by JSW Steel Limited while Jaigad, Ratnagiri unit is supported by JSW Energy Limited.
