Mrs. Sangita Jindal is the driving force behind the JSW Foundation. Under her visionary leadership, the Foundation has embarked on the mission of improving the quality of life of the underprivileged. With her passion towards art, Mrs. Jindal provides impetus to Jindal Arts Centre which strives to promote interdisciplinary arts activity in India. She also engages in philanthropic work, including vocational training, partnerships, and alliances with institutions, holistic development for the mentally challenged, and the empowerment of women through a rural BPO.
As a token of recognition of her unique approach and inspiring initiatives, Mrs. Jindal has been awarded the Women Philanthropist Award by FICCI.
Mr. Ashwini Saxena, Chief Executive Officer at JSW Foundation, comes with more than 30 years’ experience across India and Africa with reputed development organisations such as UNIDO, IFC (World Bank) and corporates. He holds Masters's degrees in Geology, Business Management and CSR Leadership from the University of Geneva. He has led MSME development/CSR/Sustainability programs and championed IFC’s Sustainability Tools in South Asia. He has more than 25 publications to his credit.

Founder Director of Espandere Advisors, she provides strategic financial and transaction advisory services to senior management. She has also served as Director KPMG and Founder & Managing Trustee of Ekam Foundation Mumbai, an NGO that works in the area of child healthcare including subsidized surgery support to underprivileged children and much more.
Chief Executive Officer of Asia Society India, she leads the activities of Asia Society India across Business, Policy, Education, Arts and Culture. She has worked with AT&T for ten years in the USA and Hong Kong. She worked as a teacher with Vietnamese refugees in the Philippines and has degrees in Education, Special Education, Business and History.
Founding Partner of AZB & Partners, he is amongst India’s foremost infrastructure and project finance attorneys. He also sits on the Board of Grameen Capital India and has played a pivotal role in Grameen Foundation’s work in India and is involved with CASHPOR Micro Credit, a not-for-profit company that provides microfinance exclusively to below poverty line women in UP and Bihar.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of India Operations of Credit Suisse Group since January 2006, he spent 22 years at Morgan Stanley. He is also involved in Credit Suisse’s human capital and corporate responsibility initiatives and is a member of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Committee.
Founder and Director of Centre for Environment Education (CEE), he is involved with the Nehru Foundation for Development, VIKSAT and Vikram Sarabhai Community Science Centre, Ahmedabad. He has served on committees set up by the Ministry of Environment and Forests and Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India.
Well recognised as a thought leader in the wealth management industry, the Institutional Investor Group has voted her as one of the ‘Top 20 Global Rising Stars of Wealth Management’. Abhishek is a Doctorate in Public Administration and comes with rich development sector experience of over 18 years. Before joining JSW Foundation, he has worked with corporate foundations such as Reliance Foundation, ICICI Foundation, Global consulting firm like EY, and prestigious NGOs like CRY and CHILDLINE India Foundation. Abhishek has rich experience on CSR compliance, designing and implementing CSR strategies and setting up systems and process for effective program management and strengthening partnerships. He also designed and implemented programs in livelihood, Education, Public health and Child rights. He has developed internal control systems, undertaken grant assessments, led needs assessment and impact assessment studies, developed Organisation structure for multiple Corporate Foundations.
Asheesh has a rich experience of 20 years across industries. Prior to joining JSW Foundation, he was working with JSI India. In his previous roles, he has worked with Bionutrients, DFID supported MPHSR project, UNICEF Assam & CARE India. He is a post-graduate in Public Health & Nutrition from the Indian Institute of Public Health, New Delhi.
Dhiren is responsible for promoting Innovations & Technology led interventions across the JSW Locations. He is specifically responsible for ensuring zero waste discharge at the plant locations, townships, and villages covered under CSR interventions which are driven through modern technology while also ensuring alternative livelihood opportunity for rural women. He holds an MBA degree in IT.
Mr Srinivas Kotipalli heads the JET Education vertical for JSW Foundation . He has a rich experience of more than 30 years across educational institutions, including international experience. In his previous roles, he has headed the Indian School Muscat (Sultanate of Oman) & Trivandrum Int’l School, in addition to holding other leadership positions with various institutions.
Mr Kotipalli is a postgraduate in Physics & holds a B.Ed.. He is a CBSE-qualified SQAA Auditor & has a Child Protection Certification from QUEST, U.A.E.. He has also received the “Best Mentor Principal National Award” by CBSE, MHRD, Govt. of India.
Kshitij is responsible for planning and executing monitoring and evaluation of CSR programs, overseeing the maintenance of the MIS and advising the CSR team on developing M&E framework for the programs. Having 17 years of experience working on multi-sectoral social development themes including Health, Education, Livelihoods, Watershed and WATSAN in different national and international organizations, Dr. Kshitij holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Psychology and specializes in Guidance and Counselling.
Mohit is an HR professional with more than 6 years of core experience in areas like PMS, competencies management, recruitment, and development planning. He holds an MBA degree from Symbiosis with specialization in HR and operations. He loves reading, playing the guitar and photography.
Rupa is a Masters in Environmental Sciences and MBA has vast experience working in the field of Environmental Management of over 25 years. Having worked with Environmental Management Consultancies carrying out Environmental Impact Assessment studies, she brings in passion while working with the community. Conservation and management of water resources are her areas of specialization. She has been a visiting faculty for teaching Environmental Management related subjects in institutes like Symbiosis, NITIE, SIES, IIEM. She is extremely passionate about conservation and restoration of ecology and environment and has been a field guide and project leader for BNHS and WWF, India. She is a founder member of an NGO working on the conservation of vultures in Raigad District of Maharashtra.
Siddhi heads the Agri-initiatives vertical at JSW Foundation. She conceptualizes Agri strategy across all JSW locations and coordinates implementation for all activities. She has been overseeing her vertical for the past 2 years. Prior to this, she has had varied experiences including luxury retail management, operations as well as marketing and brand management with one of the largest luxury groups in the world. She also has experience with business development and client relationship management. Siddhi has done her Bachelors in Arts with a specialization in economics from Jai Hind College (Mumbai).
Savita is a Master in Library Science and has done the certificate course in Corporate Social Responsibility. She has over 18 years of experience in educational institutions and CSR activities. Before joining JSW Foundation she had worked with Birla School – Kalyan and KC Engineering College Thane as a Librarian. She is having experience in managing group level budgets, finances, accounts & administration. She is also in charge of the special projects like Dongri Children Home and Safai Kamgar children educational project.
Mr Vikram Kothari heads Finance at JSW Foundation. He has more than 15 years of experience with leading Corporates and NGO, which includes Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Akshaya Patra Foundation. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Certified Management Accountant (All India Rank Holder), and a Law Graduate. He is a Certified Internal Auditor from IIA, USA and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. He has a track record of success in setting up Centralized Accounting/ Payroll, ERP, Regional Finance Offices, Audit, ERM and has led ERP implementation and transition of CSR from business to foundation.

Kedar Nath Sharma is looking after the greenfield project of JSW Utkal steel at Joda and Paradip location in Odisha. He has over 8 years’ experiences in health & nutrition, education and ECD. Prior to joining JSW Foundation, he has worked with CARE India under the CSR project of Cairn India (Vedanta), HelpAge India and Pratham. He is MBA in Rural Development from IIRM, Jodhpur.
Radhakrishna Konda is a rural development professional with over 18 years of experience in CSR domain of Cement / Metal industry. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development and Graduate degree in Farm Science & Rural Development.
Vidya Gorakshkar is associated with JSW Foundation for the last 20 years, she heads CSR activities at Vasind location since February 2000. Prior to this she has worked with Centre for Health Education and Nutrition Awareness (CHETNA) - TISS, and Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR). She has done MSc in Development Training and Education from the University of Wolverhampton in UK, Post-Graduation in Development Planning from CDSA, Pune University and EMBA from NMIMS. Her multidisciplinary educational background and experience in the development sector enables her to interact with local community and various stakeholders to design and implement need based development initiatives in health, education, vocational training and environment arena.
Sidramappa Kalshetti holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune with specialization in Urban and Rural Community Development and a Bachelor’s Degree from DBF Dayanand College of Arts & Science, Solapur. He is instrumental in esecuting projects in the areas of Watershed development, Livelihood development, Sports Development, Education, Early Childhood Education in Anganwadi and Safe Drinking water. He was involved in successful begining of JSW Shakti Wone-only Rural BPO in Kalmeshwar. He has rich experience in working with Government officials on various development projects.
Vinayak Dalvi is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of rich cross functional experience covering Programme/Project Management, Relationship Management, and Administration. He has handled sustainability projects on Work Place Intervention (Promoting employee volunteering, Health, safety & HIV prevention), energy conservation and energy audit, community initiatives (Education, livelihood, Environment, Health and Integrated Rural Development soil & water conservation & management). He has worked with Ambuja Cement, Ashok Piramal Group, Lodha Group, Crompton Greaves. He is done Master in Social Work and Diploma in Business Management.
Over 25 years of experience in Development Interventions, Program Management, Development Research, Relationship Management, Training and Teaching and so on. Decent planner with expertise in project appraisal, evaluation, impact analysis, resource planning and deployment, project estimation, scheduling, tracking and implementation. Demonstrated track record of efficiency, managing, liaising with Government & Development Organizations. Expertise in steering projects on empowerment & community development and has good written communication and quantitative analysis skills Provided experience and knowledge in the field as well as in the Organizations as a resource person in many Organizations, institutions, Research & Development organizations, Universities and Government organizations.
