JSW Infrastructure, through its subsidiary JSW Dharamatar Port, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in PNP Port from the Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP group), enhancing its offerings in maritime industrial services.

The PNP Port, strategically located at Shahbad, Raigad district, Maharashtra, is an operational port with a cargo handling capacity of 5 MTPA, with potential expansion up to 19 MTPA. This port, a pivotal asset in the maritime industrial services sector, is well-connected by road and rail, providing vital services to various industries in the hinterland and bolstering the infrastructure needed to support industrial growth in the region.
