In a career spanning over 15 years, Gaurav has passionately built businesses across banking, technology and investing. At JSW Ventures, he is leading the investments in technology and tech-enabled ventures across sectors of interest.
Gaurav actively manages Overcart, Purplle and Indus OS for JSW Ventures. He is an MBA from Indian School of Business.
Sachin has 20 years of experience across consumer, retail and media businesses and has made significant contributions in various organizations from the start-up phase to the scaling up of businesses. He is a Mathematics graduate with Post Graduation in Business Management. He was earlier leading Capital18, media & venture investment division of Network18 group. He had also set up the early-stage investment model of Brand Capital, Times Group. He was also responsible for BC GSVlabs business, a JV of Times Group with Global Silicon Valley, US. He was part of the set-up team of Reliance Retail and was heading the FMCG category of the value format stores.
Sachin has co-founded a start-up GetVantage, India’s first revenue based financing platform for digital first businesses. He has been an active angel investor in early stage tech companies since 2015 and have invested in Vphrase, Allizhealth, UniversityLiving, Confirmtkt, Classboat, Nuos Home Automation and more.
He contributed in a book for start-ups scale up journeys ‘Kites in a Hurricane’
Kunal has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years and has been a founder at three technology startups across the food-tech, e-commerce & content syndication sectors with deep experience in solving key challenges faced by growth-focused technology startups. At JSW Ventures, he is primarily focused on the enterprise technology and healthcare sectors.
In his most recent entrepreneurial stint, he lead the product build-out of an industry-leading restaurant marketing platform, including proprietary solutions for content management & marketing automation. He also led growth marketing across digital, referral, and affiliate channels. He started his career at Deloitte Consulting advising global corporates in planning their technology infrastructure.
He is particularly interested in companies that are building strong moats through product innovation, proprietary data generation, and technology leadership.
Kunal has an Engineering degree from Northwestern University.
Janam has been associated with the startup ecosystem for over 7 years. He has led multiple investments in early stage investments with Mumbai Angels, built products for an early stage fintech startup focusing on access to credit for the Indian masses and founded two startups in the hospitality sector. He recently completed his MBA from IE Business School and Hongkong University of Science and Technology. At JSW Ventures, he focuses on SaaS and platform investments across different verticals.
Murli has professional experience of more than 3 years in the field of audit and assurance. He has worked on various audit and assurance assignments covering the manufacturing, financial services, real estate, infrastructure, and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining JSW Ventures, he was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.
At JSW Venture, he leads the finance and compliance function.
He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.
