Graduate Programs

Summer Internship Program (SIP)

Summer Internship Program (SIP)

Our eight-week internship program is designed to bring in bright young talent from top undergraduate institutes like IITs, BITS Pilani, LSR, SRCC, St. Stephens, GLC, Symbiosis, and more. Interns get hands-on experience at the grassroots level, helping them grow into future professionals. At the end of the program, a panel of senior management evaluates their performance, and the most promising interns receive Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).

Graduate Rotation Program (GRP)

Graduate Rotation Program (GRP)

This two-year program is designed for students who accept their SIP PPOs and join JSW. It offers extensive learning and exposure to our core businesses across the Group. The program is structured into three phases: a four-month Group Induction followed by two 10-month rotations. At the end of the two years, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted by a panel of JSW Senior Management and an External Assessor.

Management Internship Program (MIP)

It offers hands-on exposure to core business processes and systems, helping interns develop a strong foundation for their careers. At the end of the program, a panel of senior management evaluates their performance, and the most promising interns are offered Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).

Management Trainee (MT)

Management Trainee (MT)

After accepting their MIP PPOs, these Management Trainees (MTs) join JSW Group as lateral hires across various businesses. They go through extensive grooming and exposure to different aspects of the business, preparing them to take on critical roles in the organisation.
