    The strength of the Board is accentuated by diversity in terms of skill sets, experience and gender of the Directors. The Board is an optimum mix of five Independent Directors, oneŠNon-executive, Non-independent Director and three Executive Directors. The Directors are persons of repute and professional eminence, thereby ensuring the best interest of the stakeholders and the Company.

    The Board oversees the overall functioning of the Company.
